Windows Code Named Longhorn on the Way to Beta?
I’ve seen various reports on a few sites that Microsoft sent out invites to the long anticipated Longhorn beta. I do know that Microsoft set up a new site to house the Longhorn beta as well as a new MSN beta. The site is located at https://connect.microsoft.com/default.aspx This new site is supposed to replace BetaPlace and WindowsBeta. While reports abound that the beta is underway I haven’t heard any tester mention if they actually have access to or have downloaded a beta version.
